Visit from My Sister

Last week Rischel came to visit me the day after Clinton left town AGAIN. It was kind of perfect when she decided to come for a visit because Clinton got sent out of town and i didn't have to be alone for the entire time he was gone. So for a week we just played and went shopping and did more shopping and more shopping!! Rischel had a list of things she wanted to find and she certainly found what she came for and some!! It was great to have her come and visit and with no kids! She really got a royal treat coming without any kids. We had a great time together. Constant laughter, get us together and we are always laughing at each other. She got to pick some home grown Grape Fruit from my in-laws yard for the first time and took home a huge box to share with the family.
Now that she is gone i sure am lonely and miss her presence but did have a grand ol time! Sadly we only took a few pictures but we do have the memories. We got to spend one night out with her friend from High school who now lives in AZ.
Clinton is still gone, but he gets to come home for the weekend and then leaves again on Sunday night. It really stinks only because i have to work this weekend so we don't get to spend much time together. I will be working for the majority of the time he is here. Life is rough sometimes.

BEST DAY EVER

Well today was our 1 year anniversary for our engagement and Clinton called me at 6:30 am to tell me that and also say he is coming HOME and staying home!!!! YIPPEEEEEE

He sure did owe me a big sweet surprise today since yesterday he thought it would be funny, being April Fools, to play a joke on his lonely wife. So he called me very disappointed and said "guess what? I'm flying to Oregon tomorrow and i will be there for 4 weeks, then i get to come home for a weekend and have to go back to finish the project which will be about 2 MONTHS..." I FREAKED OUT... i was first in total shock and couldn't say anything and then was about to say "YOU ARE QUITING YOUR JOB NOW, and come home".... Then he yells in the phone "APRIL FOOLS" laughing his little head off. I was almost in tears, i wanted to smack him right then. But i quickly got over that and was ecstatic with the news i got early this morning. I'm finally going to have my HUBBY back all to my self. And to add to the great day... my sister is coming down to visit me in a couple weeks. This is going to be great. B/c I really didn't get to see her at all while she was here for my wedding and we didn't get any sister bonding time. So I'm excited to have a whole week with her. What a GRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT day it has been.

Home Sweet Home

The Cute Kitchen

Well we have finally moved and we are almost settled in our new place. It is super cute and I just love it. Clinton is still gone so he hasn't seen the new place yet, I'm trying my hardest to get it put together and ready for when he comes home. But let me just say that its a lot of work doing this moving thing all alone and trying to put my new place together I am no interior designer, he sure owes me big time!! I am hoping that my honey will be coming home this weekend, but there is a chance he will not. Which will put us being apart for 4 weeks now and I really don't know how much longer i can go with out him. But I guess i have made it this far I can manage another week.
