My New Lifestyle Change

A few weeks ago i started my weight loss/lifestyle change. I had lost all my pregnancy weight, but wanted to get off a few more pounds i didn't lose after i had Reece. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by Dec. 31st. So far i have lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks!
It's all about counting calories, which means you must measure what you eat. All you have to do is read food labels and use the recommended serving size.
My wonderful sister has been such a great influence and lost 20lbs recently, WAHOOOO! She just counted calories and exercised a few times a week.

With the help from i can track what i eat, monitor my weekly weight. It calculates how many calories you should consume depending on how many pounds you want to lose a week. It keeps track of everything i eat and i can see my progress. My goal is to lose 2lbs/week, with that I can consume 1500cal/day , some days are challenging but i try and keep on track. A good side is the more weight i lose my calories increase! My next post i will have met my goal and more!

That's great Erin. Those are biggest loser numbers! I'm doing to same right now as well. I've lost 14 lbs this past month, with a goal to lose 10 more before Christmas. I'm also using HCG though which is helping it come off faster. I could never get more then a pound off in a week before, so I'm super proud of you. Its definitely working for you!!!
